As we source lemons across Australia and at different times of the year, our product may vary from time to time in colour density. Please be assured that we source a high quality fruit for our liqueurs.

The underlying taste will always reflect the unique taste of the traditional Sorento Lemon. Sorento lemons and the term we use to describe lemons that have a very thick and coarse skin.
